Project overview
In this role you will be responsible for the design, develop and deliver multiple interactive dashboards that provide essential data insights, analyze and profile complex data, create reusable data assets, produce insightful visualizations for Executive / C-Suite Leadership, deliver a finished product without the use of formal business requirements, deliver ad-hoc business requests to stakeholders with an appropriate sense of urgency, and support business data needs within appropriate compliance and governance guidelines Basic Qualifications: Bachelor Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Data Management area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Data Management area AND Experienced in data interrogation, data profiling or data modeling Preferred Qualifications: Formal design training strongly preferred Share work examples / professional portfolios (i.e. GitHub) Expertise with creating, designing, and developing interactive dashboards and visualizations Creative ability and experience with palette and color schemes Good problem solving, decision making and analytical skills Experience and ability to deliver without formal business requirements Ability to work quickly and produce multiple iterations and prototypes on an ad-hoc basis Ability to balance competing priorities to deliver objectives Ability to understand the business needs, drivers and the delivered results Experience working within an insurance company or knowledge of the industry is highly desired Maintains a sense of urgency in their day to day work efforts Collaborate in a team environment as well as independently Excellent written and verbal communication
