Very busy office. High Volume of emails and calls. Looking for someone who has excellent attention to details. Able to perform professionally under pressure with demanding customers. Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative will need strong computer knowledge with Windows and Microsoft Office. Must be able to efficiently handle and keep organized large quantities of paperwork on a daily basis. Needs to be able to work in a team environment. Handle high email/call volume with professionalism in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
