Need to create a CAD plugin that will export data from blocks in CAD (outlets, switches, light fixtures) into an Excel file. The CAD file has links to other CAD files that have blocks. Data has to be pulled from the linked files as well. Essentially, it has to be a button on the AutoCAD ribbon. When users click on the button the new Excel file with data gets created. The Excel file should have several tabs: CutList, DeviceList, OverAll, Switches. See example attached.
