Location: Remote, from Portugal. Key Responsibilities Lead technical projects and teams in the development of scalable, reliable software solutions. Mentor engineers and work collaboratively within agile teams. Utilize Microsoft Azure services and DevOps tools to enhance software development processes. Qualifications/Requirements Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas. Min. 5 years in software development with a focus on .NET and C#. Min. 2 years in a technical leadership role. Strong background in building scalable, reliable software (SaaS). Experience with SQL Server (design, queries, performance). Basic understanding of frontend development. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, DevOps). Power BI knowledge (plus). Familiar with Domain-Driven Design. Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Collaborative, proactive and a critical thinker. Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
