About the Role As our AI Sales Automation Developer, you’ll design, build, and optimize AI-driven sales systems for client projects. You’ll create intelligent agents that can engage in outbound calls, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and log call data — without writing full-stack code. Instead, you’ll use no-code and low-code tools like Bland.ai, Make.com, and ElevenLabs to bring ideas to life. You’ll work directly with the founder to turn project concepts into reality — owning the design, integration, and refinement of voice agents, call logging systems, and sales automation workflows. From creating sales call pathways to connecting CRMs and Google Sheets, you’ll be the technical engine powering client success. We’re looking for a resourceful, tech-savvy builder who enjoys solving problems with modern AI tools and automation. You don’t need to be a traditional software engineer — but you must be comfortable designing conversational flows, integrating APIs, and orchestrating tools into smooth, working systems. Key Responsibilities AI Sales Agent Development Build outbound AI voice agents using Bland.ai, ElevenLabs, and similar platforms Design conversational pathways for cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling Integrate scheduling tools (e.g., Cal.com API) into AI workflows Call Logging & Reporting Develop automated call loggers using Make.com (or similar) to capture call details in Google Sheets Extract and tag conversation data (e.g., lead interest, appointment status) from AI agents Systems Automation & Integration Connect AI agents with CRMs, scheduling apps, and data storage tools Automate repetitive sales and follow-up processes Integrate Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Calendar) into workflows Project Execution & Delivery Translate client briefs into system designs, prototypes, and final deliverables Collaborate with the founder for architecture, then manage day-to-day build Document processes and configurations for internal and client use Qualifications/Requirements 5+ years in software or fullstack development or technology related field 2+ years in technology, automation, or AI agent development 6+ months hands-on experience with AI voice/conversational agents Proficient in tools like Bland.ai, Make.com, Zapier, ElevenLabs (or similar) Experience creating conversational flows for sales or customer engagement Familiarity with API integrations (e.g., Cal.com, Google Sheets, CRMs) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Comfortable with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience in sales automation or outbound call workflows Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) setups Background in customer service or sales Benefits Philippine Employment Work from Home SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Private Health Insurance 13th Month Pay Annual Pay Raise Above-Market Pay 15 Days of Leave Credits (6 Sick, 6 Vacation, 2 Emergency, 1 Birthday) Paid Birthday Leave Stable Employment Skills Development Opportunities
