Project overview
The Web Consultant is responsible for speaking to customers to understand and address their website and online store needs, accurately document the customers’ requests and effectively communicate those to the Web Specialists for design. Responsibilities Contact customer to discuss website overview Gather changes/updates needed for initial website and online store setup Discuss website and online store directions Discuss website capabilities and cart Answer general website questions Make basic changes to websites, when needed All other duties assigned by management Requirements Minimum of Associates Degree required Basic knowledge of HTML Knowledge of Content Management System Proficient software skills (MS Office, Photoshop, etc…) Web savvy with an eye for design and detail Exceptional verbal and written communications skills Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills Professional, proactive and positive attitude Benefits Insurance coverage - medical, dental, vision, supplemental.
