Project overview
We're a small agency with 2 employees and 10+ freelancers working for us at any given time. We have a lot of knowledge in various aspects of digital marketing in general, as well as SEO, analytics, and PPC in particular. Jacks of all trades and the masters of some:) What we would like to do now is to take off (at least) two of the many hats we've put on at the beginning of our journey - sales, including lead generation, and administration. In this way, we'd free up some of our valuable hours that, sadly, only span 24 hours in a single day :wink: And we're looking to find someone who'd be willing and able to sell these extra hours. As a part of the company's business, sales currently simply don't exist. What was and is being sold is being done so via personal connections and word of mouth. We would like to find someone trustworthy who knows what they're doing and have them set up and structure the funnel so that it would generate new leads/sales. We wouldn't even mind sharing the % of the profit with our new hire after the sale has been made, and the final margin determined. If you've read the description so far, chances are you're the wo/man we're looking for. Don't worry about not being good enough. If you fit the "hard" criteria (some experience in sales and admin, plus some of the below), please apply! Ideally, you are: - thorough and dependable - well-versed in ENG (and maybe another regional language - BG, CRO, HU, RO, SRB, SK, SL ) - knowledgeable and motivated enough to make it possible, - know your way around spreadsheets, word processors, and the internet - some experience in social media management Last but not the least, we want to continue being a great team. People who care for each other, understand each other when things don't go as planned in personal life, who can take one another's word for granted.
