Project overview
We need someone with technical abilities and is good with numbers/math. Candidate needs to love technology and a desire to learn different tools. For the new position he/she will be incorporating new tools/techniques, running numbers and underwriting deals to allow us to provide offers to sellers. Primary function will be incorporating new tools while troubleshooting tools for others working in SOS Home Offers and also underwriting deals on a daily basis using our formulas. Experienced with the following tools is REQUIRED - Podio - Automation Tools (Like Globiflow and/or Zapier) MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH PODIO TO BE CONSIDERED Familiar/Experience with the following tools is desired - CallRail as our Calling Platform - Podio (Beast Mode) as our CRM - Globiflow for Automation Workflow for CRM - Zapier for integrations between applications - Facebook Pages/Messenger - G-Suite (G-Docs/Gmail/All Things Google) - Mailchimp for email marketing - Mobomix for text marketing The candidate must be a fast learner and willing to constantly try new things and be comfortable running numbers. Attention to detail is a must. Familiar with real estate in general is also a bonus.
