09AM-6Pm PST USA time zone, must have stable internet, no blackouts, back up generator. This position is assistant to the agent for the insurance agency. Marketing to the different centers of influences, social media postings. Customer service to old and new clients as well as marketing/cold calling to dealerships, lenders, realtors, etc. Insurance office looking for a VA to help with customer service, billing, policy documents, lender updates. Calendering, marketing with office, phone calls, and coordinating tasks with the owner day to day activities. Talking to vendors etc. Must have a great working internet connection, electricity, and English. Be able to be proactive and work in a fast-paced environment and work during, you will learn how to quote insurance 9am-6pm PST
