About the Role The Client team is seeking a senior experienced product designer to craft strong user journeys, design and optimize compelling experiences that scale, and be a strategic partner with our Engineering and product management team. We need someone who can roll up their sleeves and design outstanding, engaging web experiences for customers that align key business goals with user needs. You’ll develop deep partnerships with product managers and engineers to deliver a cohesive end-to-end solution. The ideal candidate should have a strong design background, a passion for great user experience, and a proven track record working with cross-functional teams. The candidate will have experience designing for customer-facing enterprise applications, particularly with impressive data visualization design skills given the nature of the UI which will be a customer-facing dashboard that allows for metrics monitoring and visualizing usage reports. Key Responsibilities Own the evolution of the UI, creation of wireframes, and visual mockups. Create prototypes to socialize ideas internally, test with end-users, and represent interactive patterns and behaviors with the Front-End Development team. Capture user feedback and integrate findings into new iterations to help close product gaps and discover new areas ripe for experimentation and innovation. Approach problems holistically and lead collaboration with cross-functional team members to define and refine product requirements while ensuring strong design processes. Partner closely with Product Management to plan and design end-to-end experience for the (Pangea). Be an active contributor in recurring and strategic reviews, partnering closely with Product Management and Engineers to understand the needs of the business and solve them through a UX/UI lens. Help build components into our system, allowing for use and optimization at scale. Champion customer-centricity, accessibility, inclusion, and good design choices across functions. Qualifications/Requirements Strong design background with a passion for great user experience. Proven track record working with cross-functional teams. Experience designing for customer-facing enterprise applications. Impressive data visualization design skills. Ability to capture user feedback and integrate findings into new iterations.
