Project overview
This is absolutely a non-sales position and involves screening and recruiting respondents to participate in various focus group discussions and research studies at our locations. Recruiting is conducted via telephone at our central recruiting center. Study participants receive payment for participating in a research study and are generally recruited from our database they signed up to join. It also involves cold calling people not in our database to screen for various studies. Recruiters must be highly-motivated, energetic, dependable self-starters with good confidence, good people skills and a good telephone manner.
