In this role you will be supporting the growth of our team by recruiting strong team members in the Philippines and Mexico for our US-based clients: « Identifying suitable job search platforms « Putting together job ads for new roles « Developing role profiles for new positions « Scoping and prioritizing candidate requirements « Creating interview questions for new roles « Working with sales to understand client needs « Proactively headhunting for suitable candidates « Reviewing and managing applications « Conducting candidate pre-screenings « Coaching candidates for client interviews « Providing one-point-of-contact to applicants « Ensuring all candidate communications are top quality « Setting up meetings and interviews « Onboarding and welcoming new contractors « Promoting our company to potential candidates « Negotiating hourly rates and other terms « Providing regular reports and updates
