Who we are? We are a large eCommerce brand in the fashion niche established in early 2017 and selling globally (mostly North America and Europe). This position will be PERFECT for someone who's enthusiastic about the eCommerce / Online world. You'll get the chance to work at the top level of a fast growing company and see the whole process and growth from the eyes of the CEO and be a part of all the strategic thinking and management. Responsibilities Among Your Responsibilities - - Assign and organize daily and weekly tasks - Oversea multiple projects progress. - Run our rewards group and program (VIP club) - Run our Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest pages – monitor comments, choose and schedule new posts. - Oversea multiple projects progress. - Run our influencer program - Cooperate and manage our other team members (graphic designer, developers etc...) - Manage our inventory and logistics - Manage our wholesale sales - Other administrative tasks may apply as well. Requirements - Project Management & Multi tasking - a MUST have! - Fast learner - you’ll need to learn many new skills and get involved in many different processes. You’ll have to be able to learn fast, adjust and implement. - Sales Orientation - while this is NOT a sales position, we’re all about advertising and sales…. therefor, we’re looking for someone who understand sales and negotiation processes. - “Go Getter” and problem solver! - Organized and have great attention to details. - Passionate about the ecommerce world - Must have an experience in ecommerce industry (working with Shopify in the past is a huge plus!) - Bookkeeping, SEO and design skills are not required but will be great if you have them Working hours Monday to Friday – 6 hours a day, will increase to 8 hours a day in the future. 3pm to 9pm (PHT) If you decide to apply, please write your favorite food in the first paragraph of your application, so we will know you read the whole description through. *Please don’t apply if you are currently working in a additional job
