ABOUT LIVEGLAM: LiveGlam inspires beauty enthusiasts by creating and curating monthly makeup products that work for them. We pride ourselves on keeping animals and your wallets happy. Founded in 2016 in the City of Angels, we are now a global team with a leadership group that’s predominantly female. From humble beginnings our #LiveGlamFam has grown significantly in a few short years with 90+ team members, 2MM social media followers and 10MM+ products shipped. And our lipstick hasn't even started drying yet. BIG PICTURE: We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee important ongoing and one-off projects that help LiveGlam achieve company-wide objectives. Successful project management includes setting goals, coordinating communications (often across departments), maintaining meticulous organization, setting goal-oriented deadlines and making sure all necessary action items get done on time. After a project is complete an effective project manager creates detailed reports for all stakeholders and makes recommendations on how processes can be improved. Experience coordinating with many people is key for success in addition to impeccable organization and communication capabilities. The success or failure of a project is in the hands of this individual. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME : -Working closely with the Director of Business Development to successfully translate company goals into clearly defined projects for implementation -Creating necessary milestones and monitoring progress of projects and tasks -Maintaining meticulous organization using appropriate platforms (Skype, Monday.com , Google Drive) -Facilitating communication and task completion with necessary team members, which includes scheduling meetings, issuing deadline and task reminders and communicating updates -Developing metrics and benchmarks to measure success and progress of projects
Making recommendations for improvement to increase efficiency -Completing all related reports and updates in a timely manner -Holding other team members accountable to hit deadlines -Additional tasks as needed WHAT YOU HAVE: -A minimum of 3 years working as a Project Manager or a similar role -Ability to multitask, work in a team environment, and adjust to established work patterns -Ability to create detailed reports and graphs (experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is required, and Monday.com and Skype are preferred) -Strong attention to detail and impeccable communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and staying accountable for deadlines -Strong analytical and reporting skills -Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others
