Project overview
We are based in OC, California. Our mission is to change lives by helping new treatments come to market faster and to enable anyone who wants to volunteer for a research study to easily search, find, and sign up! We are searching for a Project Coordinator with Graphic Design experience to work with us on a long-term basis. What you’ll do: • Design and edit new & existing landing pages based on the requirements provided by internal teams • Work within internal brand and compliance standards • Assist the Quality Assurance team to ensure the final product observes company standards • Work with various departments on monthly audits to ensure all company data is accurate What we’re looking for: • Must be creative, detail oriented and have analytical/trouble shooting skills • Must be able to multi-task • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines • Able to give and receive constructive criticism • A minimum of 1-3 years working with graphic design/professional setting This is an ongoing longterm project with an estimated hours 15-20/ week Must be able to work during Pacific hours (6:00 am - 3:00 pm PST)
