EcoGreenCorps is looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager with product sourcing, Tender bid, and supply chain, logistics and delivery management experience. You could be successful in this role if you come from a sourcing and procurement management background, have deep experience with the Panama Government Tender bid process, and/or experience with customs brokerage. In this role you’ll lead and be accountable for the Company’s entire Panama Tender deal flow, from opportunity assessment to successful delivery to the client. The Details The Sourcing & Contract Manager will have primary responsibility for supporting EcoGreenCorps’ internal stakeholders with the procurement of services, products, commodities and professional services from various third-party providers. Leading the daily operations of EcoGreenCorps, this role is responsible for leading purchasing and sourcing strategies. You will lead the sourcing, delivery and financial assessment of new Tender opportunities, research and identify new opportunities, make recommendations on which Tenders to pursue leveraging strong financial acumen, and available data and analytics, orchestrate the Tender bid & win process, and lead the procurement, logistics, and successful delivery of products and services to the end-client. Effective communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination are essential delivery elements to ensure customer satisfaction, team member satisfaction and financial success. Additionally, the Sourcing & Contract Manager researches and maintains current views of industry and supplier products, market intelligence and financial analyses to effectively assist with customer sourcing needs.
