BIG PICTURE: We are looking for a highly organized Process Manager Associate who can take the lead in creating processes and procedures for our team’s development and growth. The perfect candidate is extremely detail oriented, has strong writing skills, and is able to effectively communicate across many departments. This person will assess the need for new processes while consistently evaluating ways to optimize our current processes. The main goal will be to create easy to follow documents that all team members can easily reference, without much guidance. All communication should be clear, concise, and easy to follow. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with developing training manuals, policies, and processes. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME: Work closely with our Team Development department to oversee and lead the creation and implementation of all company processes Collaborate within, and across, each department to improve operational efficiency, quality, and timely delivery Optimize all current processes to ensure efficiency and maintain functionality Utilize business process metrics for identifying and correcting processes that do not align with expectation Develop in-depth knowledge of the organization’s business standards and end goal Research new ways to maximize efficiency and productivity for the organization as a whole WHAT YOU HAVE: 3+ years experience with process and project management skills Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast paced and high-growth environment that includes tight deadlines and shifting priorities Excel, Google Sheets, and Docs skills required. Monday.com and Skype experience preferred Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a high level of initiative Must be willing to “roll-up your sleeves” to drive organizational change Strong attention to detail and complex processes Ability to work well with a variety of different people at all levels of the company Able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team Excellent in building relationships with team members to better understand the needs
