Project overview
We are looking for a Presentation Specialist who can distill complicated concepts into clear and compelling visual narratives. A great visual inclination for representing data, processes, strategy and creative concepts into vivid imagery for broad, diver audiences in required. Clarity, consistent formatting, an eye for detail and a passion for presentation and stellar design are very important. We are looking for a person that wants to work in a fast-paced environment where the collective team emphasis is to generate work that is visually appealing and impactful. To be considered for this position, you must have 3+ years of experience in presentation design work with at least some experience doing newsletter development. Lastly, you must have a passion for learning and helping us change the healthcare marketplace one day at a time. Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Note: please include samples of your work or website link. Utilize graphic design tools and software to develop custom PowerPoint and Keynote presentations, templates and content Design and prepare engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals Collaborate with marketing and business unit leaders Conduct image sourcing as needed Develop and manage the internal newsletter process Own the process of design from concept to completion, including proofing for accuracy and adherence to brand style guides Navigate and understand the brand guidelines and maintain consistency Manage and prioritize multiple last-minute creative direction and multiple rounds of edits Adept at managing and building relationships with all levels across the organization Flexible work schedule – some nights and weekends are required with last minute executive or critical sales presentations Must be able to communicate and work well with stakeholders to distill slide content down to core messaging. Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation Requirements: 3+ years of experience designing high-end presentation decks 1+ year experience working on newsletter development Extensive knowledge and experience with PowerPoint and Keynote, including creating slide masters, animations, embedding video, etc. Must be a visual problem solver and be able to dissect complex information to simplify and abstract it for easier audience consumption Proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe applications (Photoshop and Illustrator) Strong skills in typography, graphic design and layout
