a film series, music & music videos and an online course, which helps people get their passion projects funded. About The Job:
I am looking to hire someone long term, who I get along with, who is extremely fast and reliable, who has attention to detail and cares deeply about their work. The job will consist of:
• assistance with press appearances
• help with setting up email sequences
• help with facebook ads, youtube ads, linkedin ads
• creating posting schedules for social media (instagram, facebook, linkedin, twitter) and posting content daily
• assistance with sales funnels
• assistance in doing live webinars
• follow up on payment failures
• sms makreting sequences
• research
• weekly metrics meetings
• and more... The entire purpose of this job is to create and disburse meaningful content to help people improve their lives. Compensation:
We will start at 24 hours per week for $400 / month
We will do a 3 month test run, and if we work well together, I'm happy to up the time worked for 32 hours per week for $533
I care about your happiness, and your life/work balance, so you can work whenever you want, as long as all deliverables are sent on time. If it takes you longer or less that’s fine, as long as the work is delivered on time and high quality.) Daily Work Description:
We will use slack and trello to coordinate across teams, and you will be given priorities and deadlines to complete. We will have video meetings when necessary. Types of content:
•Online Courses
• Videos for YouTube Channel
• Videos for a reality film series
• Music for my solo album
• Speeches at festivals, seminars, workshops, retreats
• Paradise Retreats Submitting work
• Upload work to google drive
• Log work in master google spreadsheet
• Email a weekly report email Additional:
• Coming up with ideas on how we can reach more people, have a deeper impact, and change peoples lives. Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years professional experience preferred

• Highly responsive Additional Notes: - Being communicative and on time is incredibly important to me.
- Missing deadlines is cause for termination. Employee can work any hours they desire, any days of the week, as long as they deliver all required files each Sunday, by end of their work day, no exceptions. Open Communication: Employee must not be hesitant to let me know if they have any questions, concerns or ways we can improve to help them do their job. Asking questions is imperative to growth.
As long as work is delivered on time, and quality, and communication is high, I plan to continue the employer/employee relationship.
