Project overview
I am looking for a virtual assistant to help with an ongoing project that consists of adding personalized sentences to a spreadsheet for marketing emails. It will be a variation of web research, data entry, and occasional transcription. The goal is to complete a min of 100 personalized sentences per week. You will use provided information to research leads on their social media accounts and via google search. Assistants need to have a mastery English as well as extreme attention to detail in order to be successful. We'll start with a test project and have you complete one sheet with 100 personalizations. Very detailed instructions will be provided via video and slack once the contract start. Any failure to follow instructions to the letter will result in the contractor termination from the project. Please be sure of your skills before applying. Again, communication is key in this role and going forward so we prefer someone who can speak, read and write extremely well in English. We may have video chats occasionally to go over the tasks. Must be a quick learner able to learn new software on the fly Must be proficient in using the following: Slack Google Suite Dropbox paper Hourly rate will be between $2 - $3 depending on experience.
