7. Strategic planning, deployment and management of operational assets and operating infrastructure as it relates to optimizing practices, as well as kickstarting practices or business in trouble. 8. Understanding of compliance and regulatory management as it relates to healthcare labor laws, ERISA, payroll/overtime, the ACA, FCA, and anti-kickback rules. 9. Rules and regulations for home health care, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities in various states. 10. Ability to provide quality assurance and performance improvement support, including data collection, aggregation, and analysis, and applying data to effect business process solutions. 11. Understanding of operational managmeent of skilled home healthcare agencies, acute care hospitals, and assisted living, including, busiess accounting, operational data analysis, quality control, and human resource management.
