Project overview
We are a Global Digital Marketing Agency and we are looking to add a Jr. Project Manager to our team. 1. You are super organized - we want that! 2. You enjoy seeing clients get what they want 3. You'll work really hard to make sure you're a step ahead of everyone around you 4. If you don't know something, you'll be quick to research, and not afraid to ask for help 5. You're relatively technical - you're not afraid to go into WordPress, set up email marketing, you've possibly played with GA or FB ads 6. You're comfortable working with and managing a team of tech's - usually website developers, maybe designers, sometimes marketing automation guys 7. Your first language is English 8. You're comfortable talking with clients if needed 9. You're happy to work flexible hours, we're trying to reduce evening and weekend work, but if it's needed, it'll be paid by the hour 10. You have some past experience with managing a Web Development project in some form. 11. Experience with Digital Launches is a huge plus! to start with, I'd expect the first few weeks would be a few small projects, see how we go together, and quickly into as many hours as you can comfortably handle. the better the PM's perform, the better the whole company performs. it's that important to us! Record a short video introducing yourself and explain A. What qualifies you and why you want to work with us. B. What does reliability and responsiveness in the work setting mean to you. In your proposal list what platforms and plugins you are most comfortable with. And skills that you think would be a bonus and any examples of your work that you can provide if applicable. The number of hours per day you are looking to commit to and the timezone that you will be working in. Thanks!
