ZX Loan Aggregator App Development

I’m building a straightforward loan-aggregator for my brand, ZX Loan, and I need it delivered in Flutter so we can publish on both Android and iOS within about two weeks.

Core user flow
• Borrowers land on a clean home screen and pick from six loan categories: Personal, Business (up to ₹1 Crore), Car, Home, Education, or Gold.
• Before applying, they sign in with their mobile number and a one-time OTP.
• The application form captures Name, Mobile, Aadhaar, PAN, and desired loan amount. After submission, the user must be able to attach clear images of their Aadhaar and PAN cards.
• As soon as a form is sent, it should appear instantly in an admin panel and trigger an automatic WhatsApp alert to my number so I can follow up right away.

Admin & notifications
A lightweight web-based panel (any modern stack) is fine as long as I can filter, export, and mark leads as contacted. The WhatsApp alert only needs basic formatting with the applicant’s name, phone, and loan type.

- Flutter source code (Android + iOS)
- Admin panel source and simple deployment guide
- Play Store (and ideally App Store) build and upload assistance
- Basic documentation so I can maintain or extend the project later
