Zoom Webinars Setup & Branding

I need an experienced Zoom specialist to take our existing account and mould it into a polished, fully-branded platform for the webinars and virtual events we run. The goal is simple: when attendees join, every touchpoint—from the registration page to follow-up emails—should feel unmistakably like our company.

Here is what I am after:

• Configure the Webinars module end-to-end, ensuring capacity limits, Q&A, polls, and attendee analytics are correctly enabled.
• Apply consistent branding: upload our company logo, create on-brand virtual backgrounds, and design email templates that carry our colours, fonts, and tone.
• Surface and activate lesser-known Zoom settings (“hidden features”) that improve usability, security, and audience engagement—think custom lobby messages, attention tracking, and advanced recording layouts.
• Tweak default meeting settings so even internal catch-ups inherit the same look and feel.
• Provide a short hand-off guide or quick video walkthrough so my team can confidently schedule and host future sessions without breaking the branded experience.
