Zoom Portal Admin & Reports Support

I need ongoing, hands-on help keeping the Zoom Job Portal’s admin area in top shape, with a clear emphasis on designing, updating, and fine-tuning the reports my team relies on every day. The live site already serves applicants and employers; what requires constant attention is the back-office dashboard, its analytics, and the surrounding system settings.

Typical tasks involve building new report views, refining existing metrics so they render quickly, adding filters or export options, and adjusting settings when business rules change. Each update should be quietly rolled in without disrupting current workflows or data integrity, and accompanied by concise notes so the admin staff can understand what changed.

Deliverables
• New or updated reports fully integrated into the admin dashboard
• Clean, well-commented queries or code for each change
• Brief deployment notes outlining updates and any configuration steps

Acceptance Criteria
• All figures match underlying portal data
• Report pages load in under three seconds under normal load
• No regressions in existing admin functionality after each release

Access credentials and a staging environment will be provided so work can be developed and tested safely before going live.
