Zoom-LinkedIn Livestream Producer

On Tuesday, September 19 at 11:00 a.m. Pacific, I’m running a 90-minute virtual program for industry professionals and need an experienced producer who can take full technical ownership of the broadcast.

Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• We start in Zoom (webinar or meeting, whatever you advise), then push a clean feed to LinkedIn Live.
• The show will feature a multi-speaker panel discussion, one pre-supplied video roll-in, and a single-question audience poll.
• Throughout the event you’ll handle the live Q&A session and keep an eye on chat, surfacing relevant questions while filtering out anything off-topic.

All media assets will be ready for you in advance; your focus is on flawless execution:
– Configure and test the Zoom-to-LinkedIn connection well before go-live.
– Build the run-of-show in Zoom (scenes, spotlighting, screen shares, poll setup).
– Manage transitions, cue the video, launch/close the poll, and keep presenters framed and audible.
– Monitor stream health and troubleshoot instantly if any hiccup arise.
– Provide the full recording afterward.
