Zool Ad Network Redevelopment

I’m looking for a developer (or team) to take my existing Zool ad-serving platform and give it a full upgrade focused on new functionality rather than just a facelift. The core system is already in place, but I now need it to support:

• Enhanced targeting options so advertisers can segment by more granular user attributes
• Real-time analytics that update as impressions and clicks happen, not in delayed batches
• Automated reporting that schedules and emails customizable PDF/CSV reports to both publishers and advertisers
• More format options, expanding beyond the current banner and native units to richer creative types

Code quality, scalability and low-latency delivery are crucial because the network handles live traffic every minute. I’ll provide access to the existing codebase, database schema and traffic-sample logs so you can evaluate what should be refactored versus rebuilt from scratch.

Acceptance criteria will be:

1. A working staging build deploying all four features above with no regressions in current ad delivery speed
2. API documentation and an admin-side walkthrough video showing how to use each new feature
3. Source code pushed to our private Git repository with clear commit messages
