Zoho to Google Email Migration

I need a single Zoho Mail user account moved into my Google Workspace domain. The job is limited to email data, but every existing folder and label/tag structure must come across intact and the read / unread state of each message should match exactly once the mailbox is live in Google.

You are free to use Google’s Data Migration Service, IMAP tools, or a trusted third-party utility as long as no messages are lost and the transfer remains secure throughout. I will supply the Zoho credentials and the destination Google Workspace admin access you need.

I wish future emails to be directed to the new workspace account. I understand that MX records and other settings need to be changed to facilitate this. This is an essential part of the job.

Deliverable
• All Zoho emails available in Google Workspace under the same folder/label hierarchy, with original read-status preserved.
• Quick hand-over session or short report confirming counts before vs. after and noting any errors encountered (ideally none).

That’s the full scope—once the mailbox is mirrored perfectly in Google Workspace, the task is complete.
