Zoho People Implementation & Integration

I am rolling out Zoho People company-wide and want an experienced hand to get it right the first time. The immediate scope covers three core modules—Time and Attendance, Leave Management and Onboarding—each needing light-touch customisation so they mirror our current policies without over-engineering the system.

Alongside configuration, I also need the platform connected to:
• our existing payroll system for seamless hours-to-pay runs
• our HR management suite so employee data stays in sync
• the onboarding and eventual offboarding flows we already follow

Key expectations
• Build and test workflows, approval paths and notifications for the three modules above
• Create any minor custom fields, forms or page layouts required to reflect local policy nuances
• Map and deploy the integrations listed, ensuring data moves bi-directionally where relevant
• Document the setup so my internal team can maintain it after go-live
• Run a short hand-off session to walk us through the configuration and answer questions
