Zoho One Logistics Setup

I run a growing logistics business and I’m ready to move our day-to-day work into Zoho One. My immediate focus is to design a solid solution in Zoho Creator and configure the accompanying workflow automations so that every shipment is tracked without manual intervention.

Here’s what I want to accomplish:
• Map our current order-tracking process into Zoho Creator, capturing each status change from pickup to delivery.
• Build or refine the underlying workflows so notifications, task assignments and exception alerts fire automatically.
• Ensure the overall Zoho One environment is set up correctly, with the right connections between Creator, CRM, Inventory (where needed) and any other Zoho apps that make sense for logistics.

The end goal is a streamlined operation where my team can see live order status, customers get timely updates, and management has a clear dashboard of open, in-transit and delivered orders.
