Zoho CRM Setup & Implementation for Small Service Business

We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM freelancer to configure and implement Zoho CRM for a small service business.

The requirement is primarily configuration and workflow setup rather than custom development.

Broad Scope

- Initial Zoho CRM setup and customization
- Lead and customer management
- Sales/service pipeline configuration
- WhatsApp integration
- User roles and permissions
- Basic workflow automation and follow-up reminders
- Quotation creation and management
- Invoice creation and tracking
- Basic dashboards and reports
- Testing and final handover
- Brief training/guidance on managing the system after implementation

We already have our business processes and broad workflow defined and can provide a more detailed requirement document to shortlisted candidates.

Preferred Freelancer

- Strong hands-on experience implementing Zoho CRM
- Previous Zoho CRM implementation projects
- Experience with WhatsApp integration preferred
- Familiarity with Zoho quotation/invoicing functionality
- Able to recommend native Zoho functionality rather than unnecessary custom development
- India-based freelancers preferred
