Zoho CRM Setup & Automation

I am rolling out Zoho CRM with the clear goal of improving customer relationship management while giving my team tighter sales-tracking visibility. To get there, I need an experienced Zoho freelancer who can take the system from a blank slate to a ready-to-use environment, with the Deals/Inquiries module receiving top-priority customization.

Here is what I expect you to deliver:

• Configure core entities – Users, Roles, Profiles, Permissions, Products, Accounts, Contacts and especially Deals/Inquiries – so the pipeline stages mirror our real-world process.
• Build the custom fields and picklists we outline, map record ownership rules and set up workflow automation (emails, task triggers, follow-ups).
• Integrate email so every conversation stays inside Zoho.
• Import all legacy data from Excel/CSV, performing field mapping, deduplication and validation so no records are lost or doubled.
• Design the reports and dashboards management needs for instant KPI snapshots.
• Test the full end-to-end flow before go-live, then hand over concise training material and basic user documentation.

This is a fixed-price assignment. When you propose, include:

• A breakdown of your quotation and timeframe.
• A brief summary of relevant Zoho CRM projects you have completed.
• The scope of any post-implementation support you provide.
• A note if any element of the above requirements falls outside your quoted scope.

Once the system is validated and my team is comfortable using it, we will consider follow-on work for marketing automation or advanced analytics, but those phases are not part of the current brief. I look forward to your proposal.
