Here’s what I need you to do:

• Map our current inquiry paths and build Zoho CRM workflows and/or blueprints that trigger timely, context-aware follow-up messages.
• Configure automated emails, tasks, or SMS (using Zoho Campaigns or Flow if required) so contacts receive the right touch without manual intervention.
• Implement a simple lead-scoring logic so the hottest leads surface quickly for the sales team.
• Create two or three reusable email templates inside Zoho that can be personalized but keep branding intact.
• Provide a quick hand-off: a short Loom video or screen-share session plus written steps so my team can tweak rules later.

Acceptance criteria
– A test lead moves through the full sequence and logs every action in the contact timeline.
– Follow-up messages send within the defined intervals and show the correct merge fields.
– Lead scores update in real time and push a notification once a threshold is met.
– All work is done solely inside our Zoho One environment; no third-party code unless cleared first.
