Zoho CRM Course Booking Calls

Incoming and follow-up calls with potential students need to be handled promptly and professionally so every qualified lead ends the conversation with a confirmed course booking. All activity lives inside our Zoho CRM, so accuracy and completeness of every field matter as much as your phone etiquette.

What you will do day-to-day
• Call prospects already in our system, understand their goals, and secure their seat in the appropriate course.
• Update Zoho immediately after each interaction:
– Call outcome plus next follow-up date
– Course booked and payment status
– Client contact details and any relevant notes

Deliverables are measured weekly through Zoho reports: 100 % of calls logged, required fields filled, and booking targets met. Clear, confident English on the phone and proven Zoho experience are essential to keep our pipeline organized and our classrooms full.
