I need an experienced Zoho CRM specialist to streamline my lead-management process and keep the system running smoothly over the long term.
The first priority is to build reliable, rules-based automations so every new lead is captured, routed, and progressed without manual intervention. This will likely involve workflow rules, Blueprint, Deluge scripting, and the usual Zoho CRM toolkit—whatever delivers clean, traceable hand-offs from initial enquiry through to conversion.
Beyond the initial build, I want ongoing maintenance: monitoring performance, polishing existing rules as my sales process evolves, troubleshooting issues before users notice them, and generally acting as the “go-to” resource for anything related to Zoho CRM.
Key deliverables
• Robust lead-management automation fully tested in a live environment
• Clear documentation of each rule or script you add or modify
• A simple monthly health-check report outlining tweaks made, issues found, and next steps
