Looking for Zoho Books Expert – E-commerce Accounting Setup + Training

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Books freelancer/accountant to set up our accounting system professionally for an Indian LLP involved in e-commerce.

Current sales channels include:

* Amazon USA
* Etsy
* Flipkart
* Own website
* Razorpay

Future marketplaces may include Amazon India, Australia and UAE.

Scope of work:

* Complete Zoho Books setup for Indian GST
* Proper Chart of Accounts
* Marketplace-wise sales accounts
* Purchase & inventory accounts
* Courier, marketplace fees, advertising and other expense accounts
* Amazon/Etsy/Flipkart/Razorpay clearing accounts
* Bank setup & reconciliation
* GST/TCS/TDS structure where applicable
* Import templates for Amazon, Etsy, Flipkart and website CSV/Excel reports
* Supplier invoice/document upload workflow
* Configure maximum possible automation to reduce manual entries
* Process one complete month of actual data as a test
* Reconcile sales, expenses, payment gateway and bank transactions
* Give training on how to upload/manage monthly data
* Create a simple monthly SOP/checklist so the same process can be followed every month
* Provide accountant access/workflow for our CA

Important: We are not looking only for someone to create ledgers. The complete monthly workflow must be set up, tested and explained.

Looking for someone who has experience with:
Zoho Books + Indian GST + e-commerce marketplace accounting + foreign marketplace settlements.

This is initially a one-time setup + training assignment. If the work is good, we can consider ongoing support when required.
