Zenoti POS Setup for Spa

I'm looking for an experienced Zenoti consultant to review and rebuild our setup and train our team. We're a two-location day spa in Ohio. We went live on Zenoti in June 2026, but much of the system isn't set up correctly or isn't being used, so we'd like to start fresh.

This is a short-term project, estimated at 4-6 weeks. Remote work is fine. On-site visits are a plus.

Scope of work:
- Review our current setup and rebuild it correctly: services, pricing, durations, rooms/equipment, user roles and permissions across both locations
- Appointment scheduling, provider schedules, online booking, and automated reminders
- Front desk and checkout: POS workflows, payments, refunds, end-of-day closeout, cash drawer reconciliation
- Memberships, packages, gift cards, and loyalty programs
- Provider commissions, tips, and payroll reports
- Client profiles, intake forms, and marketing campaigns
- Retail product setup and inventory tracking
- Daily, weekly, and monthly management reports, including reports that tie to our accounting
- Hands-on training for our manager and front desk staff, plus simple written guides

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience configuring Zenoti for spas, salons, or medspas (required)
- Experience training non-technical staff
- Multi-location experience preferred
- Available during US Eastern business hours for live training sessions
