Develop a complete Integrated Business Management Platform rather than a supermarket-only application. The platform must support multi-company, multi-business, multi-branch and role-based operations. Core modules shall include Supermarket/POS, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Heavy Equipment Rental, Car Rental, Fleet Management, General Services, Customer Management, Staff/Employee Management, Employee Self-Service Portal, Attendance, Shift Management, Vacation/Leave Management, Payroll, Performance, Training, Recruitment/ATS, Public Job Portal, Company Accommodation Management, Employee Travel Management, Flight Ticket Management, Ticket Booking Management, Hotel Booking, Travel Itinerary, Travel Expense Claims, Procurement, Maintenance, Contracts, Finance, Accounting, Notifications, Documents, Reports and Audit Logs.

All modules must be integrated through a common core database and authentication system. An employee recruited through the Job Portal should become an employee in HR automatically after hiring. Employee vacation should integrate with attendance and payroll. Approved travel should integrate with flight ticket booking, hotel/accommodation and employee itinerary. Company accommodation should integrate with employee records, transfers and checkout. Car and heavy-equipment rentals should integrate with fleet, maintenance, contracts, customers, invoices and finance. Supermarket sales should integrate with inventory, customers and finance.

The architecture must be modular and extensible so new business divisions and services can be added in the future without redesigning the core system. The platform must support Arabic/English, responsive web/mobile interfaces, configurable approval workflows, role-based permissions, audit trails, notifications, reporting, data export, secure authentication, backups and API integrations.
