Zapier Workflow Automation Expert Needed

I want to replace the manual busy-work in my current processes with clean, dependable automations built in Zapier and organised in Notion. The priority is to remove repetitive data entry, push real-time notifications, and handle file moves or uploads automatically while also preparing the flow for future payment-related triggers.

Current stack
• Google Sheets holds most of the raw data
• Slack is our day-to-day communication channel
• Trello tracks tasks and status
• Notion is where I document the entire system

Scope of work
1. Map the existing steps for data capture, updates, alerts, file transfers and eventual payment events.
2. Create Zaps that sync Google Sheets ↔ Notion, post conditional alerts to Slack, move or rename files as needed, and update Trello cards without human input.
3. Set clear naming conventions, filters and error-handling so each automation can be audited quickly.
4. Document every Zap in Notion with screenshots, links and a short “how it works” note.

Acceptance criteria
• All data updates reflect in Sheets, Notion and Trello within a minute of the trigger.
• Slack messages fire only on the defined conditions—no noise.
• File moves run without permissions issues and produce a success log.
• No Zapier task overruns in the first week of live testing.

Preferred profile: someone comfortable with the India time zone so real-time hand-off is easy, and who has already connected these exact apps on Zapier. Once this foundation is solid we can extend the setup to payment gateways and additional tools, so I’m looking for a partner who can grow the automation suite with me.
