Z-Folding Container House Design Engineer

Looking for an experienced Chinese freelance engineer or product designer specialized in Z-Folding Container Houses / Folding Modular Houses.

The candidate must have real experience in the engineering and development of folding container houses, not only architectural design or 3D rendering.

Required experience:

Z-Folding container house structural design

Folding mechanism development

Hinge and pivot joint design

Top and bottom steel frame design

Corner column and locking system details

Shop drawings / fabrication drawings

BOM / material list

AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Tekla, or similar

Understanding of manufacturing, welding, tolerances, assembly, and repeated folding cycles

Preferred:

Previous work with Chinese folding container house manufacturers

Experience with 6m modular units

Experience with wider units such as 3.5m–4.0m

Ability to improve an existing Z-Folding system, not only copy an existing design
