YouTube Video Manager/Editor for Faceless Crime Channel

### About the Role

I am looking for a reliable and creative **YouTube Video Manager / Editor** to manage the production of videos for a faceless YouTube channel focused on **true crime, mysterious incidents, unexplained cases, suspense stories, and real-life investigations**.

The channel will publish approximately **1 video per week** initially.

This is a **faceless channel**, so there will be no on-camera presenter. The complete storytelling will be done through narration, AI-generated/stock visuals, background music, sound effects, and video editing.

### Responsibilities

For each video, you will be responsible for:

1. **Script to Video Conversion**

* Receive the final script/story.
* Break the script into suitable scenes.
* Convert the story into an engaging faceless video.
* Use AI-generated visuals, stock footage, images, maps, documents, animations, etc. wherever appropriate.

2. **AI Video Generation**

* Use AI video/image tools such as Google Flow, Veo, Kling, Runway, or similar tools.
* Generate visuals that match the story and maintain a consistent cinematic style.
* Create scene-by-scene visuals based on the narration.

3. **Video Editing**

* Sync visuals with narration.
* Add transitions, zooms, camera movements, text overlays, subtitles where required.
* Add appropriate background music and sound effects.
* Maintain suspense and viewer retention throughout the video.
* Deliver a polished final 1080p video.

4. **Voice & Audio**

* Use AI voice-over or provided voice-over.
* Ensure proper synchronization between narration and visuals.
* Add suitable background music and sound effects.
* Maintain clear and professional audio levels.

5. **YouTube Optimization**

* Suggest an engaging video title.
* Suggest thumbnail concepts.
* Add basic YouTube description and relevant tags/keywords when required.
* Ensure the final video is suitable for a faceless crime/mystery YouTube channel.

### Content Style

The channel will focus on:

* True Crime
* Mysterious Crimes
* Unsolved Cases
* Suspense Stories
* Missing Person Cases
* Unexplained Events
* Historical Mysteries
* Investigative Stories
* Psychological Crime Stories

The videos should feel **cinematic, mysterious, serious and documentary-style**, rather than like a basic slideshow.

### Ideal Candidate

Looking for someone who:

* Has experience creating **faceless YouTube videos**.
* Understands crime/mystery/suspense storytelling.
* Has experience with AI video generation tools.
* Can use tools such as Google Flow/Veo, Kling, Runway, CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, ElevenLabs, etc.
* Has good understanding of pacing, suspense and viewer retention.
* Can work independently from a script.
* Can consistently deliver videos on time.
* Is comfortable using AI tools and learning new tools when required.

### Payment

**₹500 – ₹1,000 per completed video**, depending on video length, quality and complexity.

Initially, I would like to start with **one test video**. If the quality is good and the workflow works well, this can become a **regular long-term project with weekly videos**.
