About CLAT Community
CLAT Community is India's top-rated CLAT coaching platform, built and run by NLU toppers who turned their own admission journeys into a mentorship-first coaching model. With 1,500+ students placed in top NLUs over the last 3 years, a highly-rated NLSIU & NALSAR training program, and a growing community of 10,000+ active peer members, we're one of the fastest-growing names in law entrance prep, and our YouTube channel is a key part of how we reach and guide CLAT aspirants.
The Role
We're looking for a skilled and dependable Video Editor to handle editing for our YouTube channel. If you know how to hold attention through a long-form video, pace a lecture or discussion well, and polish raw footage into something genuinely watchable, we'd love to have you on the team.
What You'll Do
- Edit and deliver 4-5 YouTube videos per month, matching our existing content style and quality standards
- Work with raw footage (lectures, mentor sessions, discussions, etc.) to produce clean, well-paced, engaging edits
- Add appropriate graphics, transitions, subtitles/captions, thumbnails support, and sound design as needed
- Maintain visual and editorial consistency with our current channel content
- Stay updated on YouTube best practices (pacing, retention, formatting) and suggest improvements where relevant
- Ensure timely delivery within agreed timelines each month
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience editing long-form YouTube content
- Strong command over editing tools
- A good sense of pacing and what keeps viewers watching
- Ability to consistently match and elevate an existing content style
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working to a monthly output commitment
Details
- Commitment: 4-5 videos/month
- Compensation: ₹10,000/month
- Work Mode: Remote
Interested? Apply with your portfolio or video samples. We'd love to see your work.
