Professional YouTube Video Editor Needed for Tech & Educational Channel

I am looking for a professional YouTube video editor to edit videos for my educational technology channel, The Dhruv Stack.

The channel focuses on topics such as Azure, Cloud Computing, .NET, Full Stack Development, AI, programming and software engineering.

I want to take the editing quality to the next level and create a consistent, professional style for the channel.

What I Need From the Editor

I will provide the raw video recordings. You will be responsible for turning them into a polished YouTube video.

The editing may include:

- Removing unnecessary pauses, mistakes and repetitions
- Clean and natural cuts
- Improving pacing and viewer retention
- Professional transitions
- Zoom-ins / zoom-outs where appropriate
- Text animations and callouts
- Highlighting important points on screen
- Motion graphics where they actually add value
- Adding relevant visual elements/B-roll when appropriate
- Screen-recording editing
- Making technical demonstrations easier to follow
- Syncing face-camera footage and screen recordings
- Professional audio cleanup
- Background music/effects where appropriate
- Creating a polished and modern educational-video feel
- Basic color correction
- Creating a consistent editing style across videos

Editing Style

I do not want an over-edited or flashy style.

The content is educational, so the editing should feel:

Professional + Modern + Engaging + Clean

I want the viewer to stay focused on the explanation while the editing adds energy and visual clarity.

For example, when I explain something on screen, the editor should know when to use a zoom, text highlight, animation, screenshot, diagram, or screen transition instead of simply keeping one static shot for the entire explanation.

Long-Term Opportunity

This is not necessarily a one-video project.

I am looking for an editor who can become my long-term YouTube editor and develop a consistent visual style for The Dhruv Stack.

If the first project goes well, I expect to have regular videos to edit.
