YouTube Video Editor for Modern Cooking Channel – HCMC

I have the first fifteen episodes of my new YouTube cooking channel, Dylan’s Kitchen, already filmed. To kick things off, I’m looking for an experienced YouTube editor to edit the first four episodes (each approximately 5–10 minutes) into clean, modern and engaging content.
I’m looking for great pacing and flow, professional sound design, colour grading, music, and clean modern graphics/text. I want the channel to have a current, polished YouTube feel without being over-edited. Experience with food/cooking content would be a bonus, but strong YouTube experience is more important.
I use CapCut Desktop, so I’d prefer the editing to be done in CapCut and would like the editable CapCut project files as well as the finished videos.
I’ll be in Ho Chi Minh City from 27 September to 2 October and would ideally like to work with someone based in HCMC. I’d also love to spend a few hours together in person so you can walk me through your workflow and help me improve my own CapCut editing skills.
