I release new content every day and need a reliable editor to turn my raw footage into both polished long-form episodes and punchy shorts, always ready for immediate upload. The channel serves an educational audience, so clarity and pacing are critical.

Your daily workflow will involve:
• Tight cuts and smooth transitions that keep viewers engaged
• Consistent colour correction and grading to match the brand look
• On-screen graphics, lower thirds, and text call-outs that reinforce key teaching points

You will work directly with me, following a shared content calendar so each file moves swiftly from recording to upload. Expect quick feedback loops and same-day turnaround; I want every piece finished and queued without delay.

Preferred tools include Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, with After Effects or similar for motion graphics when needed. Cloud storage and project files stay organised in folders I provide, and exports must meet YouTube’s 4K or 1080p settings with correct metadata embedded.

Acceptance criteria for each video:
• Final export ready for YouTube (long-form) plus any requested shorts/reels in vertical 9:16 format
• Audio balanced and free of artefacts
• Colour grade consistent across clips
• Graphics accurate, spell-checked, and aligned to safe zones
• Delivery links submitted by end of day in the agreed time zone
