I shoot content for my cooking channel but still struggle to polish it for upload. I’m looking for someone who can both edit a few of my videos and, more importantly, walk me through the process so I can begin doing it myself.
• Current setup
I work only from a phone and occasionally a tablet. I have never opened CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or any other editor, so you will be starting with a blank slate.
• What I need from you
1. Take two short test videos (3–5 minutes each) and deliver final cuts ready to post—titles, simple transitions, basic color-correction, and copyright-safe music.
2. While you work, record or screen-share a step-by-step explanation that I can follow on mobile. Think of it as a live tutorial plus a reference file I can replay later.
3. Recommend a beginner-friendly app that runs smoothly on Android/iOS and show me how to organise raw clips, add B-roll, text, and end-screens.
• Success criteria
✓ Finished edits delivered in 1080p with no watermarks.
✓ Clear, sequential teaching—by the end I can replicate the same edit on my own device.
✓ One follow-up session to review my first self-edited video and fine-tune my workflow.
If you’re patient, can explain concepts in simple language, and have a portfolio that shows clean, engaging cuts, let’s talk.
