YouTube Transcription & Thumbnail Creation

I need help turning several YouTube videos into clean, well-formatted text while also giving each video a fresh, click-worthy thumbnail.
The task is two-fold: first, watch or listen to the videos and produce accurate English transcripts; second, design custom thumbnails that stop the scroll and match the tone of each clip.

For the transcripts, correctness is key—please capture every spoken word and clearly mark speaker changes or time stamps if you find it useful for readability.

For the thumbnails, the standard 1280 × 720 size works best. I’m flexible on style as long as the final image looks sharp on both desktop and mobile and instantly tells viewers what the video is about.

Deliverables
• A separate transcript file (DOCX, TXT or similar) for each video
• A finished thumbnail in PNG or JPG plus the editable source file (PSD/AI)
