• Plan and update posting schedules, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and thumbnails so each piece is fully optimised before it goes live.
• Track performance daily, then present concise weekly reports that show subscriber gains, watch-time, view sources, and the tweaks you made to achieve them.
• Suggest new content angles or trend hooks when data shows a clear opportunity.

I pay by the hour and monitor utilisation, so please be comfortable logging time transparently and showing what tasks were covered inside each block. Familiarity with both platforms’ native analytics dashboards is essential.
