YouTube Story Animation & SEO

I have a script-based story that needs to be brought to life as a full-length animated video optimised for YouTube. The core deliverable is a polished, engaging animation—complete with music, sound effects, subtitles and pacing that will hold viewers to the very end.

Language
The narration and on-screen text will be in a language I will provide after award; it is not Nepali, English, Hindi, Urdu or Bengali, so please allow for a fresh voice-over track and subtitles from my side. You only need to sync and integrate them seamlessly.

Scope of work
• Design and animate characters, backgrounds and transitions in a clean, modern 2D style.
• Edit the full piece so that timing, cuts and motion feel cinematic yet YouTube-friendly.
• Deliver a final 1080p (or higher) file plus a lightweight version for quick review.
• Supply a click-worthy thumbnail, an SEO-ready title, description and tag set that match current YouTube best practices.

Acceptance criteria
1. Smooth, error-free animation with no dropped frames.
2. Audio fully synced to the supplied voice-over.
3. Metadata demonstrates keyword research and follows YouTube SEO guidelines.
4. One round of revision included for minor tweaks.

Preferred tools are After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent, but any workflow is fine as long as the final output meets YouTube standards. Source files should be handed over upon completion so future edits remain possible.
