Responsibilities:
Video uploads: Upload long-form videos and Shorts/Reels to YouTube.
SEO optimization: Add keyword-rich titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, and playlists.
Thumbnail design: Create engaging, branded thumbnails for each video.
Channel growth support: Ensure uploads are optimized for visibility and engagement.
Analytics tracking (optional): Monitor performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Prior experience with YouTube SEO and channel management.
Strong skills in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.) for thumbnails.
